RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Al-Mubeen Aromatic we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with

all tags attached. Final-sale and personal-care items are not eligible.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email info@almubeenperfume.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup

or share a return shipping label.

3. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item passing quality check. Refunds

are issued to the original payment method.

4. EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for size/colour swaps subject to stock availability.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard

return policy applies.
