Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products (eBooks), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed and the eBook file is delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

🔧 Technical Issues & Duplicate Purchases

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders, your satisfaction matters to us. We will happily assist you in the following cases:

Corrupted or Broken Download Links: If you experience technical difficulty and are unable to download or open your file, please contact us. We will promptly resend a working link or alternative file format.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same eBook twice in a single transaction or within a short time frame, contact us within 48 hours, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
