How does GST work on these prices?

Accepted Answer

All headline prices are exclusive of GST. India-based customers are charged 18 % IGST on top. Starter: ₹4,999 + ₹900 GST = ₹5,899. Business: ₹24,999 + ₹4,500 GST = ₹29,499. You get a GST-compliant tax invoice with your GSTIN on it, so you can claim ITC.

What happens if I reserve a spot but don't pay?

Your ticket code is held for you until the payment window opens (Razorpay checkout goes live around 20 August 2026, or sooner). You'll receive an email with a personalised payment link. If you don't complete payment within 72 hours of that email, the ticket is released back to the queue and offered to the next-in-line waitlist entry.

What if all 1000 spots are taken before I reserve?

Reservations past position 1,000 are queued as overflow (no ticket code). They fill open slots only if earlier reservations don't pay within 72 hours. After 15 August 2026 the launch offer closes permanently — from then on only regular yearly plans are sold.

Which plan should I pick?

Starter (₹4,999 + GST) is the affordable entry into the founding cohort — it covers 5,000 products, custom domain and CSV bulk upload for D2C brands, kirana + boutique shops just getting started. Business (₹24,999 + GST) is for scale — unlimited products, SEO auto-fix, Marketing / HR / Finance modules and a dedicated success manager.

Can I upgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up (Starter → Business) at any time; you pay the difference between your original lifetime price and the new tier's lifetime price. Downgrades aren't supported because lifetime pricing is locked at claim time.

Question 8

Does the launch price include transaction fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The one-time launch price only covers your lifetime subscription. Payment gateway fees (2 % + ₹2.5 per commerce order, ₹5 per services booking) still apply to every transaction — same rate as on any regular plan.
