By booking and using services at Demo Salon & Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.
Appointment bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation via SMS or email. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, as we respect the appointments of all our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service value. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. These fees help us manage our schedule and compensate stylists for reserved time.
Payment is expected immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, cards and UPI. For bridal and premium packages requiring multiple sessions, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due on completion. Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for rescheduled dates subject to availability.
Our stylists will provide honest recommendations based on your hair and skin condition. We reserve the right to refuse certain services if they may cause harm or if your hair/skin requires preparatory treatment first. Client safety and satisfaction take precedence over sales.
While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on hair/skin type, lifestyle factors and post-service care. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and are happy to address any concerns within 48 hours of service. Touch-ups for color services are complimentary within 7 days if proper aftercare was followed.
Photography or video recording inside the salon is permitted only with prior permission and cannot include other clients. By using our services, you consent to us taking before/after photos for our portfolio, though we will always seek explicit permission before using identifiable images in marketing materials.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to registered clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
