Welcome to the Bhagirath National University (BNU) official portal. By accessing and using this website and our online services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

This portal provides information about academic programmes, admissions, examinations, results, and administrative services. The content is intended for current students, prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public. Registration and login are required for accessing personalized services such as application submission, result viewing, and fee payment.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify the university immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

All content on this portal including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations is the property of Bhagirath National University or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users must not: (a) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to university systems or data; (c) use automated systems to scrape or download content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) submit false or misleading information in applications or forms; (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the portal; or (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Application fees, examination fees, tuition fees, and other charges must be paid through authorized payment methods on the portal. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in university regulations. The university reserves the right to modify fee structures with appropriate notice.

Admission decisions, examination results, and other academic determinations are based on information provided by applicants and university assessment processes. The university reserves the right to cancel admissions or revoke degrees if false information is discovered or if students violate academic integrity policies.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, the university does not warrant that information on the portal is always current, complete, or error-free. In case of discrepancies between online content and official university publications, the official publications shall prevail. The university reserves the right to make changes to programmes, courses, fees, regulations, and policies without prior notice.

The university shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the portal, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or delays in service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the university, its officials, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. The university reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
