We want you to love every piece you order from Elitees. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges:
**30-Day Return Window:** Return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
**Easy Exchange:** If the size or colour isn't quite right, request an exchange and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
**Full Refund:** Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Amount will be credited to your original payment method.
**How to Return:** Log into your account, go to Orders, select the item, and click 'Return/Exchange'. Our team will arrange a free pickup from your address. For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and sale/clearance items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
