Welcome to Demo Beauty & Salon. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person. We will confirm your appointment via SMS or email. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid delays for other clients.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

All services are provided by trained and certified professionals. While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on hair type, skin condition, and other personal factors. We recommend following aftercare instructions provided by our staff for optimal results.

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may compromise your safety and treatment results. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsuitable for your condition.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect damages or consequences arising from our services. Any complaints or concerns should be raised immediately with our management for prompt resolution.

Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes with your prior consent. You have the right to decline photography at any time. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Demo Beauty & Salon and are governed by applicable Indian laws.
