We ship all our candles with care across India. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.
Our standard shipping takes 4-7 business days for most metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping charges are ₹99 for orders under ₹999. Orders over ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India. We pack each candle carefully in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.
We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please email hello@democandlestore.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
If your candle arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately. During extreme heat (April-June), candles may soften slightly during transit—this doesn't affect quality. Simply let the candle cool and it will return to its normal state.
