We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Demo Fashion & Textiles. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-tailored items, intimate wear, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

To initiate a return or exchange, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the items you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return request. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with return shipping instructions. You can choose to have the item picked up from your address or drop it off at our store.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we'll issue it immediately upon approval of your return request.

Please note that return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
