Welcome to Demo Hostel. By booking a bed or room, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment. We accept UPI, cards, and cash (on arrival, subject to availability). Peak season and festival weekends require advance payment. Prices listed on our website are per bed per night unless stated otherwise.

Check-in is from 2 PM; check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges. You must present valid government-issued ID (passport for foreigners, Aadhaar/license for Indians) at check-in.

You are responsible for your belongings. Use the lockers provided; we are not liable for theft or loss. Smoking is prohibited inside the hostel—violators will be asked to leave without refund. Guests must respect quiet hours (11 PM–7 AM in dorms) and the hostel's community vibe.

Damage to hostel property (broken furniture, stained linen, lost keys) will be charged to your account. Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or harassment of staff/guests results in immediate eviction without refund.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the first night's payment. No-shows forfeit the entire booking amount.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure (floods, government restrictions, safety concerns). In such cases, we'll offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your stay. We are not responsible for injuries, illness, or losses during tours or activities booked through third parties, even if recommended by us.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. By completing your booking, you accept these terms in full.
