Demo Hotel is committed to ensuring that our facilities and services are accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet and exceed the accessibility standards outlined in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and align our practices with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our property features wheelchair-accessible entrances and ramps, accessible guest rooms with wider doorways, roll-in showers, grab bars, and accessible fixtures, elevators with Braille signage and audio announcements, accessible restaurant and bar seating, and designated accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. Service animals are welcome throughout the hotel. Our staff receives regular training on assisting guests with disabilities and accessibility best practices.

For guests with visual impairments, we provide Braille and large-print materials upon request, audio descriptions of hotel facilities and services, and assistance with navigation throughout the property. For guests with hearing impairments, we offer visual alert systems in accessible rooms, text-based communication options for guest services, and assistive listening devices for meetings and events in our ballroom.
