Orders constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Acceptance occurs when we ship your item and send confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information—we are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Returns must comply with our Return Policy (30 days for unworn items, original condition, with certificates). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items. Custom-designed pieces have different return terms due to their personalized nature.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
