Welcome to Demo Beach Resort. By making a reservation or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment as specified at the time of booking. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on season, availability, and booking channel. Confirmed reservations require full payment or a deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation policies vary based on room type, season, and rate plan selected at the time of booking. Standard cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may forfeit the deposit or first night's charges. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Peak season and special event bookings may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests and resort property. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or violates resort policies, without refund. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas; designated smoking zones are available outdoors. Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacement.

Our restaurants and bars have specific operating hours and dress codes which will be communicated to guests. Reservations for fine dining are recommended, especially during peak season. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in dining areas. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times, particularly around pool areas and the beach. The resort provides life-saving equipment and trained staff, but swimming and water sports are undertaken at the guest's own risk.

We strive to ensure all advertised facilities and services are available during your stay; however, facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or compensation. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website and communicated to guests with existing reservations as appropriate.
