Demo Salon & Spa is committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all clients, including those with disabilities. Our facility is designed with inclusivity in mind, following universal design principles wherever possible.

Our salon is located on the ground floor with wheelchair-accessible entrances and ramps. We have designated accessible parking spaces in the Orchid Plaza complex. Restroom facilities include accessible stalls with grab bars and adequate space for wheelchair maneuverability. All treatment areas and styling stations can accommodate clients with mobility aids.

For clients with visual impairments, our staff is trained to provide verbal descriptions of products, services and facility layout. We offer tactile consultation for spa and massage services and can provide printed materials in larger fonts upon request. Service menus and pricing information can also be shared via email or read aloud by our team.

Clients with hearing impairments can communicate with our team through written notes, email or text messaging for appointment booking and service consultation. We are working towards training staff in basic sign language and welcome family members or interpreters to assist during appointments.
