6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Certain items (intimate wear, customized products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
