**30-Day Return Policy:** If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
**Conditions:** - Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact - No returns on opened or used beauty products due to hygiene reasons - Gift sets and combo offers must be returned complete - Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return - Products marked as non-returnable (intimate care items) cannot be returned
**How to Return:** 1. Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' 2. Select the order and click 'Return Item' 3. Choose reason for return and submit request 4. Our team will review and approve within 24 hours 5. Schedule a free pickup or drop off at nearest partner location
**Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
**Exchanges:** For size or shade mismatches on unopened items, we offer one-time free exchange within 15 days.
**Damaged/Defective Products:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement at no cost.
