By engaging Demo Electrical Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our professional relationship.
All electrical services are performed in accordance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to adjustment if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. A deposit (typically 25-50% of project cost) may be required for larger projects before work commences.
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to work areas, disclosing known hazards, and ensuring pets and individuals are clear of work zones. While we take every precaution, electrical work may occasionally require temporary power disruption—we will coordinate timing to minimize inconvenience.
Our 12-month workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. To maintain warranty coverage, only authorized Demo Electrical Services technicians should perform modifications.
Payment is due upon completion unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges (1.5% per month). We reserve the right to place liens on property for unpaid invoices exceeding 60 days.
Either party may cancel services with written notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments may incur a cancellation fee. For emergency services, a minimum service call fee applies regardless of work performed.
Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We maintain comprehensive insurance, but are not responsible for consequential damages, property defects unrelated to our work, or issues arising from client-provided materials.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If litigation becomes necessary, jurisdiction lies with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.
