Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on most products to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase.

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original condition with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging intact. The product should have all tags and seals unbroken.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to Orders, select the item you wish to return, and follow the return process. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different product. Our team will review your request and arrange for free pickup within 2-3 business days.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Certain categories have specific return conditions: opened software, consumables, and intimate electronics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom-built or personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for immediate pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost. Manufacturer defects discovered within the warranty period are covered under warranty terms, and we'll facilitate the warranty claim process for you.
