We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we typically dispatch within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations.

For urgent requirements, we offer express shipping at an additional cost of ₹199, which delivers within 2-3 business days to most locations. Express shipping is subject to product availability and serviceable pin codes.

All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging at no additional cost. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We deliver Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 7 PM. Sunday deliveries may be available in select locations.

If you're not available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged return shipping fees. Please ensure accurate address details and contact information to avoid delivery issues.
