Unworn jewelry in original condition with all tags, certificates, and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label within 24 hours.

For custom-designed or engraved pieces, returns are accepted within 15 days and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the personalized nature of the work. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we'll remake the piece at no additional cost.

Returned items undergo quality inspection to verify condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If you prefer an exchange, replacement items ship immediately upon return approval.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return. Resized rings can only be exchanged, not returned for refund. All jewelry comes with a lifetime exchange guarantee—you can always upgrade to higher-value pieces, with the original purchase price credited toward your new selection.
