These Terms of Use govern your engagement with Demo Plumbing Services. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services include residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency services. All work is performed by licensed plumbers in accordance with local building codes and industry standards. Service estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary if additional work is required upon inspection.
Customers must provide accurate property information, ensure access to work areas, secure pets during service visits, and make timely payments according to agreed terms. For emergency services, you authorize us to perform necessary repairs to prevent property damage, with costs discussed as soon as practical.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, UPI, and RuPay. For projects over ₹50,000, we may require a deposit. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
We warrant our workmanship for one year from service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures as specified. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your service receipt.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, pre-existing conditions unknown at time of service, or damage resulting from customer-supplied materials or instructions. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance as required by law.
Either party may cancel scheduled services with 24 hours notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched. Cancellation fees may apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Mumbai. These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding plumbing services provided.
