**30-Day Return Policy** Not completely satisfied? Return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

**Return Conditions** • Watch must be unused and in original condition • All original packaging, tags, and warranty cards must be included • Product should not show signs of wear or damage • Original invoice required

**How to Return** 1. Login to your account and go to Orders 2. Select the order and click 'Return Item' 3. Choose reason and preferred resolution (refund/exchange) 4. We'll arrange free pickup from your address 5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days after quality check

**Exchange Policy** Exchange for different model, color, or strap type subject to availability and price difference adjustment.

**Warranty Claims** Manufacturing defects covered under brand warranty. Contact us with warranty card for assistance.

**Non-Returnable** • Customized or engraved watches • Products with broken warranty seals
