Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Furniture and custom-made products can be returned within 7 days only if they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, log into your account, go to your orders, and click 'Return Item'. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping is free if the product is defective or damaged; otherwise, return shipping charges may apply. For large furniture items, please take photos of any damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours. Assembly or installation-related issues do not qualify for returns, but our support team is available to assist. Custom-order and sale items are non-returnable unless damaged. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
