Welcome to Demo Grocery. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All products displayed on our platform are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, there may be occasions when items are out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

When you place an order, you enter into a binding contract with Demo Grocery. Order confirmation emails serve as acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery restrictions. If your payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on product availability and location. While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational challenges. Demo Grocery shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from delivery delays.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery charges may apply. Perishable items cannot be re-delivered and will not be eligible for refund if the initial delivery attempt fails due to customer-related issues.

Our product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided in good faith but may contain unintentional errors. We recommend checking product labels upon receipt for the most accurate information, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Demo Grocery is not liable for reactions or issues arising from product consumption beyond our quality control.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Demo Grocery and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Any violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
