You can return any product within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. For fresh produce, dairy items, and other perishables, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any quality issues—such as damaged packaging, spoilage, incorrect items, or missing products—contact our customer support immediately at +91 22 1234 5678 or via the app/website.

To initiate a return, simply log into your account, go to Order History, select the relevant order, and click 'Return Item.' Choose the reason for return and our team will arrange for pickup within 4-6 hours during business hours. Alternatively, you can call or email us directly. Please keep the product in its original packaging with labels intact for verification.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of pickup and will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer—you'll need to provide your bank account details. For exchanges or replacements, we'll prioritize delivery within the next available slot to minimize inconvenience.

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened packaged foods, personal care products, and prescription items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item in these categories, we'll provide a full refund or replacement as per regulatory guidelines.
