We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability in your delivery zone. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day. You can choose from multiple delivery slots ranging from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during checkout. Our delivery partners will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to confirm your availability.

Delivery charges are ₹40 for orders below ₹500. Orders of ₹500 and above qualify for FREE delivery. We frequently run promotions with reduced or waived delivery fees—check our offers page for current deals. For subscription orders, delivery is always free regardless of order value.

We currently deliver across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and select areas of Thane. During checkout, enter your pincode to confirm serviceability. We're continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more locations. All deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles for temperature-sensitive items like dairy products, fresh produce, and frozen foods to maintain optimal quality.

You will receive real-time order tracking via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Our customer support team is available throughout the delivery window to assist with any questions or concerns. If you're unavailable during the scheduled delivery, please contact us immediately to reschedule—perishable items cannot be left unattended.
