Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. However, if you receive any item that doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to make it right with our customer-first return and refund policy.

Since our products are perishable and made fresh without preservatives, we request that you inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If you find any product to be damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered, please contact our customer support within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the item and packaging.

For quality-related issues such as spoiled milk, stale bread, or damaged cakes, we will arrange an immediate replacement or provide a full refund at your preference. Our delivery team can collect the defective product during the replacement delivery, or you can dispose of it as per your convenience.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been properly delivered and accepted, as they are perishable food items. However, if you are dissatisfied with the taste or quality of any product, even if it's not spoiled, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will issue a credit note for future purchases as a goodwill gesture.

Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued as account credits that can be used for future purchases, or via bank transfer upon providing your account details.

For subscription customers, if you receive a defective product, we will automatically adjust your next billing cycle and provide a complimentary replacement. You can also pause your subscription anytime if you're traveling or need a temporary break.

Custom cake orders require 48 hours advance notice and a 50% advance payment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover our preparation costs.
