For milk and daily dairy products, we provide early morning delivery between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. This ensures that you have fresh milk for your morning tea and breakfast. Our delivery personnel are trained to handle products with care and maintain the cold chain throughout the delivery process.
Bakery items and other products can be delivered in your choice of time slots: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. You can select your preferred slot during checkout. We recommend ordering bakery items a day in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom cakes and specialty breads.
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery charge of ₹40 applies within our standard delivery zones. Subscription customers enjoy free delivery regardless of order value, along with priority delivery slots.
Our delivery coverage currently extends to most areas within a 15 km radius of our facility. You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode during checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more customers.
In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or traffic conditions, our customer support team will proactively inform you and reschedule the delivery at your convenience. We value your time and strive to maintain our delivery commitments with 99% on-time performance.
