You must ensure that all items shipped comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include but are not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, and perishable goods without proper documentation. We reserve the right to inspect shipments and refuse service for non-compliant items.
Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value or the amount specified in your service agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate insurance coverage for valuable items. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Delivery timeframes are estimates based on normal operating conditions. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Time-sensitive shipments should be booked with our express services.
Payment terms vary based on service type and customer category. Retail customers pay at the time of booking, while enterprise customers may be offered credit terms subject to approval. All invoices are due within the specified payment period, and late payments may incur interest charges.
You agree to indemnify Demo Delivery & Logistics against any claims arising from the contents of your shipment, including customs violations, intellectual property infringement, or damage caused by improper packaging.
