Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of construction materials.

Return Window: Unopened items in original packaging with all labels intact can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Power tools, electrical appliances, and electronic items have a 15-day return window. You must present the original receipt or order confirmation.

Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Custom-cut materials, mixed paints, special-order items, and products cut to specification cannot be returned unless defective. Opened packages of consumables (adhesives, sealants, etc.) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Defective Products: If you receive defective or damaged items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange pickup and provide replacement or full refund including delivery charges. Manufacturer defects discovered after installation may be covered under product warranty.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. For cash purchases, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. We recommend using trackable shipping methods. Items damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges: We gladly exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models subject to availability and price difference adjustment. Contact our customer service team to arrange exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items marked as final sale, clearance items, hazardous materials, and perishable goods cannot be returned except when defective. Please check product details carefully before purchase.
