However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse orders at our discretion. In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
Orders and Payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Payment must be received before order dispatch unless credit terms have been pre-approved. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (subject to order value limits).
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours. Delivery charges are calculated based on order value and destination.
Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within the time frames specified in our return policy for unopened items in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items. Custom orders, cut materials, and special-order items are non-returnable unless defective. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Warranties: Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims but will assist in facilitating warranty service. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or application.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demo Hardware & Materials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property: All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Demo Hardware & Materials or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
