When you upload prescriptions or make purchases, we collect health-related information necessary to dispense medications safely. We also collect payment information processed through secure, encrypted channels by our payment partners.
Your prescription data and health information are used solely for dispensing medications, maintaining your medication history, providing pharmacist consultations, and sending refill reminders. We share prescription information only with authorized pharmacists and delivery personnel on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell or rent your personal or health information to any third party.
We retain your prescription records for a minimum of seven years as required by pharmaceutical regulations. Personal information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account, though we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to access your personal and prescription data, request corrections to inaccurate information, download your medication history, opt-out of marketing communications, and request account deletion. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption for data transmission, restricted access to health information, regular security audits, and secure storage of physical prescriptions.
