Our services are available to individuals 18 years and older. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor or dependent, you accept full responsibility for the safe use of medications. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

For prescription medications, you must upload a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner before we can dispense. Our pharmacists reserve the right to refuse to fill any prescription that raises safety concerns or appears fraudulent. Prescriptions are verified for authenticity and appropriateness before dispensing.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure price accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Payment must be completed before we process your order.

We make every effort to ensure accurate delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by address errors you provide, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service failures beyond our control. You must inspect your order upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

Due to safety regulations governing pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns on dispensed medicines except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or errors on our part. Non-prescription wellness products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.

While our pharmacists provide medication information and counseling, this does not replace professional medical advice from your doctor. We are not liable for adverse reactions or health outcomes resulting from medication use. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
