How We Use Your Information: Your personal information is used to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, provide customer support, and ensure platform security. The Excel data you submit is processed solely to generate the requested outputs (macros, formulas, dashboards) and is not used for any other purpose. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our AI models and develop new features.

Data Sharing and Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services), and only to the extent necessary to perform their functions. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits, access controls and authentication mechanisms, regular backups and disaster recovery procedures, and employee training on data protection practices. Your Excel data submitted for processing is encrypted during transmission and temporarily held in secure, isolated processing environments before being permanently deleted after output generation.

Data Retention: Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. Excel data submitted for macro or dashboard generation is processed in real-time and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Payment and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@zioninfotech.com.

Your Rights: Under Indian data protection laws and GDPR (for EU users), you have the right to access your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), object to certain processing activities, withdraw consent for optional data processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
