Welcome to Zion Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our Excel automation platform, AI Macro Generator, Dashboard Generator, and related services (collectively, 'the Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zion Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Eligibility and Account Registration: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

License and Permitted Use: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes. You may use the macros, formulas, and dashboards generated by our AI tools in your own projects, including commercial projects, subject to your subscription plan limits. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services themselves, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform, use automated tools to access the Services beyond normal usage, or interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

Intellectual Property Rights: The Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Zion Infotech and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. The macros, formulas, and dashboards generated using our AI tools are provided to you for your use, and you retain ownership of your input data and the resulting outputs. However, we retain ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and generation technology.

Subscription Plans and Payments: Our Services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Acceptable Use Policy: You agree not to use the Services to create macros or automation that violate laws or regulations, infringe intellectual property rights of others, contain malicious code or viruses, process unauthorized or illegally obtained data, harass, threaten, or harm others, or spam or engage in unsolicited commercial communications. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, that the AI-generated macros will meet your specific requirements in all cases, or that defects will be corrected immediately. You use the Services at your own risk. We recommend reviewing and testing all AI-generated code before deploying it in production environments.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zion Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@zioninfotech.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to contact us at legal@zioninfotech.com to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and update the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
