These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Demo Automobile Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our services include vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, parts installation, and related automotive care. All work is performed by certified technicians following industry standards and manufacturer specifications. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine work would be unsafe or violate regulations.

Appointments are recommended but not required for service. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate walk-ins, though wait times may vary. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring deposits for future appointments.

Pricing is based on our published labor rates plus parts and materials at prevailing market rates. Written estimates are provided before major work begins. If additional repairs are discovered during service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You are responsible for payment upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made.

We warrant our labor for 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts carry their manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage requires that recommended maintenance has been performed and the vehicle has not been modified or misused. Warranty work will be performed at no charge during the coverage period.

You are responsible for removing personal items before service. While we take precautions, Demo Automobile Service is not liable for items left in vehicles. We recommend removing valuables, important documents, and personal belongings prior to drop-off.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect expenses unless required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not fully apply to you.

Disputes will first be addressed through our customer resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under applicable state commercial arbitration rules, with each party bearing their own costs. You retain the right to pursue small claims court actions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our facility operates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice posted on our website or at our facility. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions regarding these terms, please contact our management team.
