We offer reliable shipping across India to ensure your beverages arrive fresh and intact. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery service.
Shipping Methods: We partner with leading courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post for different regions. All packages are tracked and insured. You'll receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders within 2-4 business days. Tier 2 cities receive orders within 4-6 business days. Remote locations may take 7-10 business days. During peak seasons or adverse weather, slight delays may occur.
Shipping Charges: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Express delivery (next-day for metro cities) is available for an additional ₹199.
Packaging: Products are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain temperature during transit. Glass bottles are individually wrapped and secured with biodegradable cushioning. We use recyclable materials whenever possible.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package returns to our facility, and you'll be contacted to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply). Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon—sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
