These Terms of Use govern your reservation and stay at Demo Hotel. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, email, or authorized booking platforms. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method and government-issued identification are required. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations that violate these terms or applicable laws. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, except for suite guests who receive complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM.

Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking or check-in as per the rate plan selected. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and cash. Cancellation policies vary by rate type and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. Special event and group bookings may have different cancellation terms.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and hotel property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas; designated smoking areas are available. Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for damages, additional cleaning fees, or violations of hotel policy.

Demo Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or civil disturbances. Our liability for any claim related to your stay is limited to the amount you paid for your reservation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
